Delete your Steddy account

This page explains how to delete your Steddy account and the data in it. Steddy is the habit tracker app from Bui Quang Quy.

Before you delete

If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription in your store account first. Deleting your Steddy account does not cancel it. How to cancel

A web subscription bought through Lemon Squeezy is canceled for you.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Steddy and go to Settings › Delete account.
2. Confirm. Your data is erased right away.

No access to the app? Delete by email

Email support@steddy.today with the subject "Delete my account".

• Linked account: write from the email address of the Apple or Google account you linked to Steddy.
• Anonymous account: include your Account ID from Settings › Account ID in the app.

We confirm within 7 days.

If you no longer have the app and never linked an account, we cannot tie the data to you. It is deleted automatically after 30 days without opening if you never subscribed, or after 400 days without opening if you have no active subscription.

What is deleted

Your profile, goals, notes, reward plans, check-ins, wishlist items and photos, redeemed rewards, sign-in links, subscription records and your usage analytics profile.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you stays in Steddy, apart from the following.

• Copies in our providers' backups, which clear within 7 days.
• Crash reports, which contain no personal data and are not tied to your account, for up to 90 days.
• Purchase records that Apple, Google and Lemon Squeezy keep under their own policies.
